Accessibility:
a website everyone can use.
Universal Taxes & More · Updated October 10, 2026 · Bonita Springs, Florida
We want everyone to be able to read this site, use our forms and reach us — with a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, a phone or a slow connection. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do
- Every page has a “skip to main content” link, one main landmark, and headings in order.
- Everything works from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline; pop-ups hold focus, close with Escape and give focus back.
- Text is checked for colour contrast, and pages hold up at 200% zoom and on small phones.
- The whole site is available in English and Spanish, and pages are marked with their language.
- We test new pages with an automated checker and by tabbing through them before they go live.
Known limits
Some steps happen on other companies’ sites — booking on Square, uploading documents to Dropbox, and payment pages. We do not control their design, but we will help you finish any step by phone or email.
